► Exercise Instructions

1. Adjust the machine lever to suite your height with the pad of the lever on the back of your legs just a few centimeters under the calves and ensure your legs are fully stretched.

2. While exhaling move your right leg up as far as you can without lifting the upper leg from the pad. And when you hit the contraction peak position, hold it for a second then inhale while you bring your leg back to the initial position and Repeat as recommended by your training program, then alternate for the left leg and repeat.
