Machine Assisted Pull Up

► Exercise Instructions

1. Using an assisted pull-up machine or by securing a heavy-duty band attachment to a pull-up station around the knee, hold the bar with an overhand grip slightly above shoulder width and hang at full arm extension.

2. Contract your lats to pull yourself up as high as you can while keeping your body straight and driving your elbows down then slowly move to full arm extension and repeat as recommended by your training program.
