► Exercise Instructions
1. Adjust leg curl machine lever to suit your height and lay face down with your leg under the pads just few centimeters under the calves.
2. Keep your upper body flat on the bench and make sure your legs are fully extended, feet pointed down and toes straight while grabbing the handles near your head.
3. Move your legs up as far as possible while exhaling with your thighs pressed on the pad, and when you hit the peak contraction point pause for a second then bring your legs back to the starting position while inhaling, then repeat as recommended by your training program.
Be careful in your movement to be slow and stable as putting too much weight or jerking movement both can result in bad injuries.
You can use one leg at a time.
